The Buy Options section has settings that include:
- Enable buying. If enabled, items in the selected group will be purchased from the targeted vendor. This is enabled by default.
-
Restock quantity. The maximum number of items to have in your inventory when purchasing items from the targeted vendor. A value of 0 indicates no maximum restock number. This field does notaccept custom strings at this time.
- Sources to include for restock. The areas of inventory to reference when determining the current number of items on hand.
In the Sell Options section, the settings available include:
- Enable Selling. If enabled, items in the selected group will be sold to the targeted vendor. This is enabled by default.

- Min number of expires. The minimum number times an item has expired from previously posted auctions before being eligible to be sold to a vendor. The default value is 20.
- Market value. A custom string to define the market value TSM references when determining whether to vendor an item based on the threshold defined in Max market value field.
- Max market value. A custom string to define the threshold of the 'Market value' to consider items for vendoring. The default is 0c, which disables this condition.

- Max destroy value. A custom string to define the threshold of the 'Destroy value' to consider items for vendoring. The default is 0c, which disables this condition.
- Sell soulbound items. If enabled, items that are soulbound will be sold to the targeted vendor.
In the Management Options section, there are two mechanisms available to ignore the Operation:
- Ignore operation on faction-realms. When using the same Profile on multiple realms and factions, adding a realm or faction from this drop down will prevent TSM from running this Operation on the chosen faction or realm.
- Ignore operation on characters. When using the same Profile on multiple characters on the same faction and realm, adding a character from this drop down will prevent TSM from running this Operation on the chosen character(s).
In the Group Management section, you can add the operation to available Groups, or remove the operation from any Groups that it is already applied to.
Clicking the Group tree 'hierarchy' icon (1) beside any Group name listed in the Group Management section will navigate you to that Group in the Groups tab of the TSM window.
At the top of the Operation settings, an option to Rename and Reset the Operation is available.
- Rename will highlight the name of the Operation and allow for editing.
- Reset will offer a prompt to confirm resetting all fields and values to default.
